Sometimes a walk with yourself is also important. When people starts to criticize you, when they are blaming you for any situation, when you are failing, then its time you should go out of the way and take a walk around with yourself. If you’re struggling with taking that first step to walk alone then ask yourself if that step is taken for Love. Love for yourself and love for life.
We often allow our-self to stay stuck in bad situations because we are afraid of the reaction we may get from the crowd if we decide to leave.
“The woman who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The woman who walks alone is likely to find herself in a place no one has ever been before.” – Albert Einstein.
We even assume that life should be lived according to our relations, traditions and moral value taught by our ancestors. We all get into a routine and when we begin to wonder where our life went; we are all wrinkled and gray, regretting the things we did not do. This regret arises when we allow fear to question our commitment. We start to believe that traditions and religions cannot be bent or edited to become our own vision and walk in the path they have created for us.
Start to walk alone. Try to create a new path out of that box and walk. Many influential people walked alone and that was the time they realized their potential to achieve their goals which are not limited. So, get up and take a walk with yourself. Celebrate your individuality; embrace the ideas in order to live. Remember one thing you must not follow but you must lead yourself.
